I recently visited Dr. Navneet for chronic back pain, and I'm incredibly impressed with the results. Her approach was both gentle and effective. After just a few sessions, I experienced significant relief and improved mobility. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking relief from back pain or other muscle issues.

I stumbled across Sahara health on social media and glad that I started treatment with Balreen, Physiotherapist. I’ve been to Physiotherapy many times before but didn’t get the relief I hoped for. Once I started with Balreen she did an in depth analysis and delved deeper. The entire time I was focusing on stretching rather than strengthening my muscles. I really lacked the educational aspect which is the key component to recovery. Since then my symptoms and tightness have significantly improved in the upper back region. Sahara Health has such a great team, who really aim to get their patients better!I've worked closely with Rupa (Massage), Navnit (Chiro) & Bhavleen (Physio) and they all have been an incredible help to my recovery! After even one session they have you feeling so much better than when you came into their clinic, and after few consistent sessions with them will have you feeling like a whole new person. Along with their extensive knowledge and variety of treatment options, they're also so kind, empathetic, and truly listen to their patients' needs and concerns. I can't recommend a better team of professionals to help you with your wellness or recovery!
