Ryan was super attentive to our dog before and during his nail trimming. He was able to warn us about an issue with our dogs nails that made us book an appointment with the vet to look into. Really appreciated him taking the extra time to go beyond what he needed to do!

Oh man… I couldn’t begin to tell you how sweet this team has been to our girl. They have been so loving and kind and it is so hard for us to leave. We are moving away and they were all so kind and thoughtful adding adorable pictures of her and her bestie on Instagram and sharing such kind words. We were so lucky to have them.

This is my new favorite store. I recently bought a betta fish for my niece. I did a online pickup order and met the manager Careeisa(so sorry if I spelt it wrong). She is absolutely wonderful and goes above and beyond for her customers. I had a lot of questions on my first visit and followed all the tips and advice she had provided. I went back this evening to do a return and pick up a few more items for the betta fish. She took the time out to show me some live plants, food she would recommend, snails that I can add to the tank and more. She's kind, caring and very friendly, now I see why she's one of the managers.
