I have been working with Spire over the last year and a half. The company, their representatives, and their services are all outstanding. My project manager is very responsive to our requests and answers all of our questions with patience and professionalism. All of our projects with Spire have met or exceeded our expectations. Worked with Spire on a brand script session, which I didn’t find that helpful. After sharing my dissatisfaction, the company saw the need to improve and revamp this service and was willing to refund my original payment, which I greatly appreciate their willingness to make me happy.
