“Strong is a great gym with great teachers. I have been taking the adult kickboxing classes for over a year and I love it! The gym provides a safe, friendly atmosphere and it is amazing what a great workout you get in one hour! Students range from 16 to 60, men and women.I had worked out in other ways over the years but had never done kickboxing before. It is definitely challenging at first but in 2-3 weeks, you get in the groove for both the conditioning and the kick-boxing parts. And it's way more fun than programs like Orange Theory or just lifting weights.I highly recommend Strong Martial Arts. It really is a great workout option for all skill levels.“

Sensei John is a very kind person with a wealth of martial arts knowledge who has produced many great coaches and instructors as well as talented fighters. His fight team is large and talented with tons of well skilled fighters all from different backgrounds who all have different styles so it’s always fresh. He brings in coaches from not only around the country but around the world and every Sunday brings in tons of fighters from different schools and hosts what he calls “spar wars” where you get to train with different guys with different style so it’s always fresh.Striking 101 is an amazing gym whether your goal is to fight or to just get a workout in you will learn how to defend yourself in a fun and challenging way.“

Space is very clean, zenful, one of the best neighborhood, small businesses.
