After so many years suffering from Sciatica pain and Diatasis Recti (Abdominal Separation) what is responsible for lower back pain! I started searching for Diatasis Recti and Sciatica Pain Doctors, I came across Zion Physical Therapy the best choice I madeMy Physical therapist is Dr. Jessica omg she's working on my Sciatica pain and my Diatasis Recti; I couldn't be happier with her knowledge not mentioning how professional she is? I recently utilized Zion for an IT band issue, and their facility, and personnel are terrific. I worked with Jessica, who is a fantastic therapist, positive encouraging, overall fantastic to work with and feel better. They also provide instructions and exercises via a smartphone app which makes doing the PT work at home an ease. I've been to many other PT places over the years for back, knee, elbow issues, but highly recommend Zion.
