This was my first time working with The New York Closet Company and it has been nothing but a first rate experience! I needed a project done pretty quickly as I had to move. At the first meeting, I explained my needs and my design concept. Bruce immediately took measurements and made great suggestions that reflected his experience and even improved upon my ideas. On the spot he drew up a great sketch that showed that he knew what I needed and wanted. After some minor modifications and final approval, they worked quickly to construct the unit in their shop and then came to my apartment to assemble and put it in place. I've had 2 closets done by crazy closets in 2014 and 4 more closets in 2019. Their creativity in customizing every closet for my needs was amazing. The work was solid and nothing has loosened over the years. I really appreciated that when they were finished they left my rooms clean. I continue to recommend them to family and friends.

We had two walk in closets, two reach in closets and mudroom cabinets. And we were very impressed with how professional, responsive through the planning stage. With the installation, they did an amazing job and we are so impressed with quality and attention to detail.
