I had a great experience with Susan T who really knows her stuff. She made such wonderful recommendations for my floors and they have never looked better. She is a complete pleasure to work with: so professional and yet fun and has so much good information in her brain. she's a rock star!!

The best of the best. Amazing quality and selection of designs/styles. Knowledgeable staff gives you the the pros and cons of each type of flooring. Have all of the accessories and materials for install, and can get it installed as well. Great coordination with delivery team. Looks amazing after installation.

I am beyond thrilled with the installation of the engineered smoked white oak flooring throughout our entire apartment. After looking high and low for the perfect shade, I found just the right one at PID. Throughout the entire process everyone at PID provided friendly, attentive and quality service. If you are looking for wood flooring products I highly recommend a visit to PID!
