I could only recommend 100%. Tenzin was my first hair stylist when I first got to New York, and because he was so attentive, professional, and always willing and ready to hear how I like my hair, I never went to another place for my haircut! (Yes I am one of those that followed them from 42nd street to their current location on 55th)

Wow! Kizuna Salon is New York’s BEST Kept Secret!!! I had the absolute pleasure of having my long hair cut there. It turned out beautiful beyond my expectations. Now after 2 weeks later, my hair maintained its bounce and shine… so easy to manage now! I’m really pleased and excited to have found this amazing salon! PERFECT SCORE!!!

Full disclosure, I have been getting my hair cut by Natsume for several years now since he worked at Hairmates. There is a reason for this: He gets it.I had been with many other hairstylists and barbers before. It was a constant struggle to find one that knows what they’re doing, understands the style that works best for you, and is consistent in their work.
