I contacted Alex to revamp my outdoor sound system which has aged over the years and desperately needed a long over due upgrade. When we first met he was very thorough and asked me all the right questions. He explored the outdoor area(we live on a lake front) and took notes. Within a few days he had all of his recommendations and pricing for me.He and I worked closely over the next couple of weeks getting the entire system up and running.It was a significant investment and a fantastic new sound system!We are so happy with Alex's attention to detail and his work ethic and we also believe anyone else who uses his services will be just as happy as we are.Thank you Alex!
I don't usually write reviews, but these guys deserve it.Tocqueville restaurant has been using chef de IT since 2017 for phones, network, cameras, web, music. They're state of the art, but support is the best. Alex, team are quick to respond and make the time to visit us for training and help.
