The doctors here were great (shout-out to the amazing Dr. Mak), and took the time to explain to us their plan to treat our dog. They also answered all of our questions thoroughly. They really saved our dog’s life, and I felt like she got better treatment than adults get at hospitals!

This facility is clean, the doctors and staff friendly and caring and they took our dog at our appointment time. They explained how long the procedure would take (ultra sound), and when it was finished they IMMEDIATELY called our vet with their report so she could inform us of the results. The following day I called in a request for a copy of Blue Pearl’s medical notes and they were emailed to me while I was still on the phone. I couldn’t ask for better care of our dog.

They took time with both my dog and me. During His overnight stay I was called twice which was very kind. They were expensive but they did absolutely everything to figure out what was wrong.
