Ava is, without a doubt, the best. Early in our housing search we reached out to Ava, and even though she knew that it would be awhile before we were ready to make a move, she was patient and responsive, thoroughly explaining every step of the process. When it was finally time to apply for a mortgage, Ava was attentive, kind, and a wonderful guide. We could not have gotten through this experience without her.
