“What a wonderful experience. Best eyeglass fitting I ever had and I'm 70. I just had a horrible experience at LensCrafters at the Galleria Mall. They told me I was legally blind and shouldn't drive. I didn't sleep all weekend until I was checked out by two specialists at Atwal. They laughed at my script from LensCrafters. They had me at 20/100 when it was really 20/40 because I have a cataract that will eventually be removed. Eye to Eye rechecked and got the same results and spent a lot of time getting my glasses just right. Eye to Eye put my mind at ease because Frank is very knowledgeable. LensCrafters could have destroyed my retirement years and I will never go back. UPDATE I was not quite happy with the prescription that was given to Frank by my specialist. It was not Franks fault at all but he worked with me until I was satisfied. He remade the glasses and did not charge me for doing so. He went beyond my expectations and I would definitely recommend Eye to Eye.“

“This was my first experience here. It was completely unlike any eye exam I ever had. For instance all the high tech instruments that measure your eye health, are spread out before you. I got to see images of my optic nerve and macula. Super cool! All test results ere electronicly transferred to an on-call optometrist, who pops -in remotely to discuss with you. This all happens effiecntly and seamlessly. In fact my results were reviewed by two optometrists, which helped to fine-tune my prescription. The in-person technician and eyeglass salesman went above and beyond. This was an awesome experience. I will definitely be back!“

“Exemplary service. I was saddened when TT wasn't in network for my new insurance last year. I returned this summer with new insurance. After making a purchase of frames and prescription lenses I had to call the next day for questions on the invoice and insurance. Unfortunately it ended up being too pricey in my current budget and we cancelled the order. About a week went by I saw my insurance claim was cancelled but no refund from the bank, figured just taking a few more days. This evening I got a call from Cari (worked with me on my purchase) confirming my cancelled order and she needed my card info to refund. I've never had a business follow up with me about a cancellation or refund like that. It was a lot of money and I thoroughly appreciated the call to ensure she had the details for my refund. This is the reason why, when my budget improves, I will absolutely go back to TT for future frame/lense purchases because they are so wonderful. And I will definitely continue my eye exams here as well.“
