“A coworker recommended. Aerial when I was getting estimates for my roof. He was very pleased with the work that they did for him. I am also very pleased that I went with Aerial Roofing. The replacement roof was expensive but that's the way it is 2023. Aerial worked with me to pick the best time for the project and showed up on time as expected. They had a large crew and completed my roof in 2 days. Tearing off a roof is a messy job, but they cleaned up my property after the first day and then did a very very thorough cleanup the second day upon completion. The roof looks great! I am certain it will last a very long time and that I won't have to worry about it ever again! “We first used Collingwood Construction to fix our roof after loosing some shingles. They immediately covered the roof so we would not have any problems with leaks and helped us contact our insurance company. When the insurance adjuster came to review the claim, Collingwood was there to make sure the claim covered the repairs. When they opened the roof, rafter damage was found. Again Collingwood worked with the insurance company for us. There was also some siding that needed replacing. Larry gave us some suggestions to use existing siding to replace the damaged area and add an accent along the bottom with Versetta Stone. The additional cost was well worth the investment to the curb appeal of our home. Many of our neighbors commented on how nice our house looked.“

The company owner and sales representative, John, was extremely easy to work with. Very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Each day he informed us what he would be doing the next day and when. He and his crew were energetic and hard working. They worked around other contractors putting in fiberoptics on our street. We had sidewalk which was lifting up from large tree roots in the front. They removed all old sidewalk and tree roots. They formed our sidewalk to allow water to drain away from our house. They left a neat and clean work area daily. Finished the project with new topsoil and grass seed. Thank You Romeo!“

Our house was built in the 40's, so Mubark encountered many instances where walls were not plumb/straight. His ability to improvise and make trim/crown moulding look seamless was very impressive. Many of the walls were plaster and bumpy from years of picture hanging and shoddy repair work; he made the walls look brand new with countless hours of drywall repair and paint. “Experience began at estimate. Appreciate the intent to do the work right, dig on exterior, use large drainage PVC and provide legitimate customer testimonials (old school sale). Locktight crew was very polite and easy to be around. I had a large amount of supplies in my basement and they were helpful in moving items to center so to access basement perimeter tile. There was some phone tag in order to set a date for work to begin. I’d recommend some form of SMS or digital (email) communication to coordinate this (list of things to do to prep). Didn’t appreciate the hassle and lack-of patience from Locktight to receive payment (check due at estimate decision, work start and work finish). All things considered they finished ahead of schedule.
