I had a great experience at Envy, where Lynn created a gorgeous updo for me! I had a vague idea of what I wanted but was open to suggestions, and Lynn was so helpful in providing input and showing me pictures of updos she'd done in the past. I was so thrilled with how my hair turned out, it stayed up all night through a long car ride and lots of dancing, and I got many compliments. I was pretty upset when I left yesterday and left a bad review HOWEVER Lynn texted me personally and responded in such a professional way and offered to immediately fix the problem free of charge. My hair looks amazing and I am so happy now. She was so nice throughout the entire process and explained why there might have been some problems. I have to say I had a little anxiety going into appointment, not because of the Business or stylist but because it has been a few years since I had a perm. EMMA WAS FABULOUS!!!!OMG! She did EXACTLY what I wanted. All the girls in there were super friendly, not the "Oh I'm at work, better be polite" friendly either. Genuine, like "we've been friends for years" friendly.
