The lady that did my stepsons hair cuts a month ago did a wonderful job!! So I wanted my fiancé to get his haircut there too with the same lady. I called to make an appointment and booked it at 545. But there was a problem when we got there! We had to wait 45 minutes because we were told that we choose the hairdresser and she was busy with others and we can make another appointment to come in tomorrow! The hairdresser with the dark hair was very rude and childish! She had the other hairdresser go in the back and told her something and they both came out! I went to this location for the first time after losing my hairdresser of 15 years due to illness. Kelsey was my stylist and she was amazing! She was very patient, friendly and professional. I made an appointment online, and when I got there I didn't have to wait at all. She listened to my desires and I'm thrilled with how my hair looks. I would definitely recommend Kelsey to anyone looking for a new stylist.

Courteous and helpful. I asked about Keratin treatments, and the stylist was happy to explain what they have and the cost and even showed me the products. (I'm allergic to everything) - all looks great and I can't wait to schedule my treatment!
