Piercing in Brooklyn

“Had a great experience getting pierced here! I went in for two upper lobe piercings in my right ear, one of them being a hole I thought needed to be re-pierced because I assumed it had closed up after wearing no jewelry in it for 10 years. Ana was great when I explained the situation and said it probably hadn’t closed up, just needed to be stretched. She turned out to be right. She could have easily done both piercings like I asked and charged me for two (as was my experience with my left ear at another shop) but she was honest and saved me some money which I really appreciated. The shop is really clean and the other staff I interacted with were really friendly as well!“

“I was experiencing an issue with my nose piercing (which I got done somewhere else a few months prior) and Dean was so knowledgeable and helpful. My microstud was sinking into the piercing hole and causing irritation and a little bump to start forming. Thanks to Dean seeing me pretty much as a walk-in (midday on a weekday), quickly assessing the situation and recommending a larger stud, the issue was cleared up within 24 hours. It seems obvious what was happening with my piercing in retrospect but I really didn't know what was going on and so I appreciated Dean's expertise and service.
