My glasses were broken by a freak accident, and when I took them in to see what could be done I was told they were still under warranty,they had the same frame available and within 15 minutes my glasses were replaced and I was on my way!

I made an appointment two months in advance because that was their first available opening. That was fine as I was in no hurry. I arrived on the day of my appointment for an exam and to get a new pair of glasses. Dr. Bob was very knowledgeable and personable. After the exam I was able to find a quality Italian made frame and the guy there assisted me in getting the correct size and he submitted the order with the proper prescription and specs. About two weeks later I was notified my glasses were in. When I arrived to pick up the glasses a helpful woman made the final adjustments and made sure I was satisfied with them. I've been going here for a few years and I absolutely love it. The staff is friendly and caring and Dr. Gouinlock is wonderful. I also want to give a special shout-out to Kristie, my glasses sommelier, who always helps me pick out flattering comfortable frames. I couldn't recommend this office more.
