It is excellent for training. I was there for 2 years. I am requesting an email where I can cancel the membership. I will no longer be able to return. I hope you can give me an answer.

Highly recommend this location. I’ve been a member of this gym for about 8 years or so now never had a complaint. The staff is friendly and helpful and the gym is always maintained. I’ve seen the gym go through progressives changes like the addition of more squat racks and a turf section. Always a pleasure.

This gym has some absolutely amazing owners. They are very understanding & I love the way they run the gym. It's kept quite clean, tidy & very customer oriented. The owner often gives out sample shots of their delicious workout shakes. Great selection of equipment. I really enjoy going, the atmosphere & staff friendliness is very much appreciated.
