When I pick her up, she is happy and not shaking like crazy. This speaks volumes because our girl typically has high anxiety and is so scared of strangers. She makes herself right at home at Jenn's. I love that she feels comfortable getting groomed. Not only does Jenn treat our girl wonderfully, she also does a great job with her grooming. Lisa is best i always ask to talk to her she has worked there as long as my family has gone there. A few years ago, my dog passed away while in their hospital from illness that he couldn't recover from. All the staff cried right along with us. The staff here becomes family. “This is about the easiest 5-star review I’ve ever given. I’ve taken my pup to several Philly-area groomers. Some have been good. Some ok. One was terrible. Top Dawg was spectacular. The groomer listened to what I wanted, and nailed the cut perfectly. He’s basically an artist when it comes to grooming. It was the most expensive place I’ve been to - but completely worth it. Finally found a spot I’ll go to consistently.“
