I've had crumbling health for around twenty years, ever since I injured my back, herniating two discs. Since that time, I've seen medical professional after medical professional. I was treated, at best, like I was a number. I was given poor help and had nearly lost all hope of recovery. I've been having sessions with Cara for around a year and not only has the pain significantly reduced but I am able to do more. I feel healthier and stronger than I have in a very long time. I feel like I'm younger than I was a year ago. Cara is an absolute gem.

Seeing Cara has literally improved the quality of my life! Her work is so much more than massage. She really hears what Im telling her is going on with me and interweaves the physical, emotional, and spiritual layers in such a way that helps me sustain the positive changes that take place during our sessions. I have never found anyone else that matches her skill, her range, and the sensitivity of the quality of her touch. She finds all the spots I didn't even know were aching. I cannot sing her praises loudly enough.
