“It's my second review. The first one was after my first visit (went great!), but now I have been going to Lisa for 6 months, and I have more to say. Lisa saved me from chronic pain in my neck and shoulders, which had been bothering me for years. Curing chronic pain is quite challenging, but Lisa did such a great job! “So I have been coming to this studio for about 1.5 years now. I especially enjoy the Hatha yoga classes (the ambience is great with cute candles lit on the windows). The instructors (Gagan, Samantha) are attentive, kind and offer a lot of variations depending on your experience. Lastly, I have been to other hot yoga studios too… and never gone back (over stuffed, over priced etc). In general, I try out all possible studios and gyms and only stick with the best ones so you know that this place has quality.“

“This was my first infrared sauna experience and I thought it was great! The facility was super clean, well equipped, and the receptionist/manager (sorry I forgot your name!) was really welcoming and explained everything to us clearly. The experience itself was unique, at least to me, and different from other saunas I've tried. In the end, I was feeling less out of breath and more rejuvenated compared to the usual feeling of overheating and gasping for breath. Being able to play our own music right in the sauna was great and made it a really personalized experience. Did an hour session to start off a relaxing Saturday morning and felt restored and energized all day after. Will definitely be coming back again!“
