Hi. I’ve attended two sessions at the Yoga Barn so far, with more to come. The first session was a gentle yoga and crafting experience. The second session was a full day of restorative yoga, guided meditation, essential oil crafting and blending, sound healing, journaling and more.These were really fulfilling experiences for me and my best friend. The sessions left me feeling really at peace and very limber.
