An absolute must I’ve been weight training for over 20 years now and have some serious wear and tear on my body. Nikki there suggested cupping as a way to help release the tension and to help my recovery as I train hard 5 days a week. The experience was absolutely phenomenal. I haven’t had full range of motion in shoulder in a decade and can finally move it with full range. I will most definitely be back to get this at least once a month. Aleydi really worked on finding my problem areas and making a solution in order to help me continue my journey in heavy lifting and keeping me from sitting on the sideline.

5 Stars! This was my first time ever getting a massage. I was a bit uncomfortable going in. I had booked a 1hr. CBD full body with Maria. Maria made the entire experience so comfortable and a pleasure that I will definitely be booking again with her. I can't believe I waited this long to try it. My body felt so relaxed when I left. She really hit on all the key spots. Highly recommend.
