Exceptional service and responsiveness! I called All Week as my Union City tenant and family were out of heat on this cold day. Ozzie called me within minutes and was able to talk with my tenant and have then troubleshoot the issue over the phone. Heat was up and running in no time. My tenants and I are glad we called. All Week Air was great. They were able to provide same day service for a reasonable price. They found the cause of my issue which was a clogged pipe and was able to unclog and perform a tune up. If I ever have problems again I am going to ALL WEEK first.
Jay & Omar were the repair tech’s. Upon their arrival they greeted us and introduced themselves. Both young men were very polite and immediately began to assess the problem.They came to a quick diagnostic answer to the problem.When scheduling the next days work there was a slight communication problem with office personnel. However, Ozzie, the owner intervened apologized for the confusion and quickly corrected the issues at hand.Their work was professional and manors exceptional. I would recommend them to others.
