Today I was finally able to use my giftcard that I received over the holidays. I decided to visit the Delran location for a massage. My massage therapist, Mickey was awesome. She recommended that I try the Himalayan stones with CBD. It was the perfect combo that I needed. The facility was clean, the staff was very welcoming and I even met the general manager, Becky who made sure to introduce herself. I was so impressed I even decided to sign up for a membership. Needless to say, I’ll be a returning customer.
Excellent Location, plenty of parking, clean establishment and front desk personel readily available. This was my 1st visit, my service was massage and unfortunately it was ??. I wanted to leave mid massage. But didnt. Because of the location I would try again, if anyone has recommendations of a great massage person at this location, I appreciate the comment/message. I would encourage management to pair 1st time customers with their very best employee for the customer's service desired. I did tip, not as much as I usually do, I understand their job and respect it. Unfortunately my experience was not great.Update: I gave them a second try. One of my favorite spas. Love all the service providers. Always clean, great relaxing atmosphere, and always accommodating. Wouldn’t go to any other location. Alicia is the best assistant manager out there, she is so sweet and very professional. Definitely recommend this particular location.
