“Had to get together some greenery table arrangements for a party last minute, they were very friendly and I was able to go in that same day i called and look at some options. I got 4 bunchs of greenery for a very reasonable price despite it being last minute and mothers day weekend, they even had some babys breath and other filler flowers in a ready to buy refrigerated section that I was able to get as well. “I am at this location at least once a week . I always have a pleasant interaction with employees because most of them know me by seeing me . Today was a day that Nicole at the door checking out guest apparently wasn’t having a good day . We had two shopping carts but used two cards . Instead of her listening to what I had to say , when I pulled the item up that I had for it to be scanned . She says to me “ and you act like that and have a Bible in your cart “ . First and foremost when is associates concerned with what people purchase ? Her attitude sucked . I spoke with Taylor the manager on duty and explained what happened . I will be speaking to the store manager tomorrow . Somethings is unacceptable to let come out your mouth . It’s not what you say it’s how you say it and she was very unprofessional. Other customers were looking like wow did she really say that to another customer . I will be reporting her to corporate as well“

“After a 5 mile run filled with shadow boxing to the Rocky Steps and back, my runners high led me to remembering that I'm the best boyfriend ever and that I should get my girlfriend some flowers to prove it. I whipped out my navy blue titanium Iphone 15 and viciously typed "flowers" into Apple Maps, and Walter Pine Floral Studio became the obvious choice. Yes, I use Apple Maps. Y'all still using Google Maps?! or God forbid... Waze!!? COULDN'T BE ME!!After standing outside for a minute to catch my breath after my ELITE 9 min/mile pace, I entered. I was immediately struck with inspiration, as this is the most beautiful Floral Shop I have been in and I actually have been in a good amount of them for being a straight male ahahaha. I just couldn't stop smiling in there.As I was standing there breathing heavily and smiling, one of the employees, Taylor, walked up to me with a bigger smile than I had on and asked if I needed help with anything. I told her I just wanted to get some flowers for my girlfriend and that she hated roses but loved tulips... She said "Awesome!" and brought me over to the bouquet station and gave me a little rundown on what she thought. She was so helpful, big up to Taylor!!She said it would take about 5-10 minutes, and that Chloe would be the one putting the bouquet together. I was cool with that because honestly I wanted to look around, they had such a great selection of hand curated items including but not limited to cards, matches, candles, house plants, flowers, hanging plants, chocolate, ornaments, vases, pots, etc.I ended up getting her matches (she loves matches), the boquet ($35), and a card that said "I am so glad you were born." It wasn't her birthday or nothin, but I am glad she was born ahahaha.The bouquet ended up being BEAUTIFUL and my girlfriend absolutely loved it lol. Chloe did her mf THANG! She immediately put them in a vase and right on the table. I honestly wasn't the biggest fan of Tulips before, but they've grown on me. I think I just learned so much about the Tulip Mania in Econ class that I was off them...FELLAS, WALTER PINE FLORAL STUDIO *IS* THE PLACE!IG @jnov_Tiktok @jnov__“

The only issue was the lack of communication. We had a few errors the day of (missing my throwing bouquet, and two items that were changed from my initial meeting.) I reached out about a week after via email and never heard back after being told it would be looked into.“
