This was not Platinum's fault, but demonstrates that they are willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. “I had my exhaust pipe frozen over during an extreme cold snap. Northern Plains sent a repairman the same day I called and he was able to quickly get the pipe cleared and my heat back on. Hourly rate was very reasonable too!“

“He and his sister installed a new shower, surround, and fan in our master bathroom which is a tiny awkward space. They did a great job. They were also wonderful about cleaning up the mess during and after. Definitely would recommend and hopefully have him and his sister back for future work. Plus they also didn't leave my front door wide open while going in and out while it was cold out. They were very respectful, unlike some companies I've dealt with.“
