Had Dr. Yoakum as my eye doc for 10 years! Always great and takes his time with the exam to make sure my eye health is the best it can be. Dr. Luu is fantastic as well!Had to get updated glasses this time and Cassidy and Shiyah helped me. One of them was training but not sure which one. They both were awesome. We had a blast joking around and making the experience relaxed and fun!Highly recommend if you’re looking for an eye doctor that feels like home!
Staff are all super friendly and experienced. Dr. Yoakum was very easy to work with and explain each test and image thoroughly. The eyeglass department was super fun and gave honest feedback about various styles of frames.
I purchased a glass about a year ago, and the coating began peeling off later. When I called in recently, there was some miscommunication initially. However, the manager promptly intervened and honored the warranty by providing a replacement lens.
