Ildi Gaal was an answer to my prayers. I was not sure a total knee surgery was for me but due to the pain I was experiencing I decided to have the surgery. Then there was the PT and I was not looking forward to it. That was when I was blessed to have Ildi as my PT therapist. Her patience and positive approach put me at ease and the rest is history. She as made this experience a positive one and I look forward every week to seeing her and the progress we've made with my knee. The staff at Trinity are also a big part of the blessing. I have had a wonderful PT experience with Brent at Trinity Wellness. He is very knowledgeable, and experienced with advising me and working out my kinks. His recommended at-home exercises have also helped me quite a lot.
