We contracted S&A Construction to expand our deck and add a balcony on top of the deck. Ed and his team were excellent and completed the project in a timely manner. They were very responsive, had a dedicated project manager who was reachable after hours and during weekends. They were accommodating of minor changes after kicking off the project. Quality of work was excellent. Ed has a lot of experience and came up with unique solutions to some of the challenges.

When we decided to add space to our home, we began vetting several local contractors and from the very beginning, Ed and team were completely differentiated. From the first meeting in their beautiful warehouse through completion, we ALWAYS felt as though we were their only customer. It was a VERY exclusive experience.In short, Ed and team were fantastic to work with. Our project included a two story addition with full bath, wrap-around porch, covered porch area, painting our existing house and building, new gutters and downspouts and kitchen refresh.
