This was my 2nd visit to this MyEyeDr NC-Midtown East!Unfortunately, I forgot the women’s’ names, who were so welcoming and helpful on my 1st visit, when I wanted to be seen ASAP & she fit me in!But today, in addition to Ann Moore, OD, who was so kind & took good care of my eyes both times…. Miah, Sarah, & Abigail, were just great!It’s such a nice office, very friendly & professional!
Needed an adjustment for my glasses I had received in the mail and called the office to make sure it was okay I stopped by (since I wasn’t a customer) - they got me fixed up same day. Super friendly staff, highly recommend if I hadn’t already had my home practice!
Excellent branch with a sharp, friendly staff; they were willing to fit me in when I called with an emergency at the end of the day and were exceptionally accommodating throughout. The doctor was thoughtful, kind, explained everything well and resolved the issue quickly. All around nice, very helpful and professional folks at this office.
