Krav Maga Raleigh

I have had a great experience learning Krav at KMR and the instructors have all been great. Each instructor has their own flavor on how they run their class so it's nice to get some variety in terms of drills and skills. The fitness classes remind me a bit of high school sports (in a good way) where we are all being pushed to get stronger individually but are all in it together. Level 1 lessons harp on the fundamentals a lot so it can sound repetitive at times but I find something I can clean up in my form every lesson making every day on the mats worth it.

KMR is truly one-of-a-kind! The community they’ve built is so welcoming. Most of my classes have been with Cassie so far and I’ve enjoyed every last one! She’s passionate about what she teaches and is someone to look up to. Also a huge shoutout to their customer service manager, Renee. She is a huge asset to KMR and motivates me to continue on my journey!!

Just getting started and have nothing but great things to say about Krav Maga Raleigh. The instructors are excellent at what they do - I can already tell a noticeable improvement in my skills from only 6 weeks of training.Ken and his team have also cultivated an awesome community!Would highly recommend for those seeking to learn self-defense or just a fun way to stay in shape.
