I live in Buffalo, NY and called Infinite Petals in Raleigh, NC for a delivery to a residence there. The girl I talked to (I believe it was Sharita) was so accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. She was such a genuinely nice person to speak with. She said it would be delivered in an hour or so. I checked with the recipient a few hours later, however it was not received. I came to find out I gave Sharita the wrong address. She went out of her way to to go to the incorrect delivery address, but was unable to locate the delivery. She then went to the corrected address and spoke with them. She returned to the corrected address at 8:30pm at night to deliver another arrangement! All this in the pouring rain twice in one night!!! What an angel! This is a business that truly cares about their customers. I HIGHLY recommend Infinite Petals based on their outstanding customer service! If I could give a higher rating I would!
Our oldest daughter ordered an arrangement to tease her Dad for his 60th Birthday today. In high school, he was ignorantly and mistakenly a UNC fan, but he wised up before college (THANKFULLY!) and we both graduated from NC State University, their absolute rivals. She asked Sharita to create a mixed arrangement (UNC & NC State) as a joke, and boy did she deliver! We were so stunned when we opened the door that we didn't believe the flowers belonged here! Carolina in a Wolfpack home!?!? Never!!! Jocelyn was kind enough to call to make sure she was at the right house, and laughed right along with us! We will definitely be ordering flowers from them in the future! They are artistic AND friendly! We will always be Wolfpack fans, but now we're fans of Infinite Petals too! Thank you Sharita & Jocelyn!Disadvantages:None. I loved my bouquet that my boyfriend got me. It was so beautiful. The roses are gorgeous and they really took the time to make it look nice. The owner Sharita delivered it before I had to leave and I couldn’t have been happier.
