Very helpful and friendly! Repaired my glasses at no cost, on a walk in, immediately, and I'm not even a customer! It is also much larger inside than you would expect from the storefront
I accidentally sat on my wife's new glasses. One arm was bent and the lens had popped out. I called and they said they would look at them. My wife and I dropped in and a very adept gentleman immediately took a tool and carefully realigned the frame and secured the lens back into position. Very happy that I get a reprieve from my wife. And very impressed with this level of impromptu service. Very happy.
I brought a pair of OLD Maui Jim's in hoping for a miracle? Josh could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way to contact Maui Jim, sent back my old frames and they were replaced at a incredibly reasonable price. Very much recommend Josh.
