“My family loves Dr. Bailey; he is an amazing provider and takes such excellent care of his patients. He makes my kids feel at ease with him.My issue has been with the staff at the practice. The last time my kids had an appointment, I had a question and approached the desk. The receptionist was on the phone but clearly on hold, I waited patiently and she then picks up her cell phone and starts scrolling while I’m standing and waiting. I eventually just ask her where my kids are located so I can go back and ask Dr. Bailey the question myself. My only other issue is just never knowing how much we will pay for anything! The practice is not in network with any insurance company so you have no clue what you are going to pay! I asked repeatedly about the cost of an extraction; I wanted them to send a pre- authorization and the response was like they did not want to do it! This procedure would have been covered at 100% anywhere else, we ended up paying a little over $100.“

She was understanding and took the time to do a thorough consultation and gave him a treatment plan that involves no teeth loss. I'm really happy we went to see her and that she is able to do the treatment to save his teeth and save him from needing to have dental implant surgery. It's the best news we could have asked for.“

“Was understanding of my fears of dentists, was patient with me and was accommodating. Was there for a pulled tooth that was broken and nerve exposed. Other offices I called told me 5 months and 2 months wait for me to get the tooth pulled. It took 4 days here and that was only because I had an infection otherwise they'd have pulled it 4 days ago.
