“I came to Dr. Mumma for lower back pain and she helped determine that the underlying cause was actually related to postnatal healing and a weak core. I was completely surprised to hear that the postnatal workouts I had been doing post having 3 children were actually NOT helping my core and the opposite of what I needed. Lindsay has been instrumental in my re-learning how to take care and rebuild my core strength. More importantly her breathing exercises and postnatal workout videos are tailored to women who have had children in a way that I have never heard before.
