I’ve been coming to this gym for about a month and I absolutely love it!! Staff are friendly, professional and classes are engaging, challenging at every fitness level as well as fun..I also love that it’s family owned and being able to support a local business while getting all of my exercise needs met really is a win-win..such a great variety of classes to choose from and fits every schedule..awesome sense of community, too.

I was someone who didn't want to deal with any long-term contracts & overly expensive rates at the corporate-owned gyms. That's when I found Edge! While they don't have many of the luxuries that corporate gyms do but they have what I need to get a good workout in. The owners are helpful & motivating. I would absolutely recommend Edge to anyone.

I've trained with Josh Tufte on and off since 2007 and I highly recommend him to anyone that would like to learn kickboxing, boxing, martial arts or engage in some high energy, fun fitness classes. He is highly knowledgeable but most importantly he is respectful. Both of his gyms offer a family friendly environment where everyone can enjoy exceptional training.
