Outstanding! Recently purchased a new home that had been vacant for over a year. After spending a day trying to clean it on our own, we were completely overwhelmed. We knew it needed a good scrubbing when we purchased the house but did not realize the extent until we started cleaning. I was not looking forward to moving into our new home. Thankfully I found G I Kleaning Services! They did an AMAZING job! They were quick, efficient, and I love my new home! We contracted with them to clean the rental home to once we moved. I am very happy with their work and extremely grateful they were willing to work it out so they could clean the house before we moved in and will take care of the house we moved out of. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I have been using Carlos and his team for a number of years. They are courteous, reliable and thorough. I have been pleased with this service. The owner Ernie, Carlos's father, is from up north, as am I. Maybe the reviewer who gave a bad review was not used to the more brusque, northern manner of communicating. I have not been bothered, and find owner Ernie easy to communicate with via text. I find this service professional and helpful.

My family and I just took possession of a house that had been vacant for a couple months. The previous owners left the home in a hurry and did not clean it at all. We hired Ernie and his team from G I Kleaning Service, they did a fantastic job. The whole team was very diligent and addressed all areas throughout the house to include windows and baseboards. After they did should a great job on the inside we hired them to come back and power wash the outside of the house. Explemary results, the house almost looks new again. Thank you G I Kleaning Service, I now feel comfortable unpacking my belongings in my new home.
