When we reached out to Mr. Rappl, he was quick to respond and was able to fit us into his schedule much sooner than we anticipated. Once on site, he worked diligently and took the time to educate us on aspects of our home that we were unfamiliar with (electric and otherwise). After service was complete, we did a final walkthough and he gave us the option to pay then or via the mail - whichever was most convenient for us. Upon receiving his invoice, we were pleasantly surprised that the bill was lower than we expected. Quick response, excellent service, and super personable.
