The staff here is exceptional. They are so kind and accommodating. My daughter got her ears pierced and it was a breeze. Nancy is a pro at piercing ears. My daughter has really small lobes. Nancy nailed it on the first go.. She was detailed and thorough in explaining how to care for her newly pierced ears. Overall. Fabulous experience.
Nancy was able to locate a discontinued shadow for me. She has a large network of MN dealers. She knows the product line well and works towards pleasing the public. Outstanding service!???️
Nancy has been piercing ears for 35 years. She was so good with my 7 year old and her interested 4 year old sister. I appreciate how thorough they were in explaining the care and responsibility needed to keep them clean. She was very precise on placement. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I just hope my 7 year old doesn't get overly confident now about piercings.
