The entire team became my family. Not just in getting my physical body to a stretch and strength training place it had never encountered but more so as a listening ear a supportive sister an incredible coach and because they are all “foodies” we bonded over restaurants recipes and real life experiences. The friends and family I met and still check on at RESULTS I owe so much more than a review. Jenn, Will, and the rest of the staff at Results PT in Apex are outstanding. I spent several months working to improve my injured rotator cuff using programs and videos I found online, and after seeing virtually no improvement, I was afraid I'd need surgery. Jenn and Will, through personalized exercises and massages, managed to get me back to 100% in just a few short weeks. I'm incredibly thankful for their work and they will absolutely be the first people I call if I ever re-injure my rotator cuff or injure anything else. Highly recommended!
