She is fluent in English and Hmong, is extremely professional and kind, and runs her clinic to serve the underserved inner city and greater community. The clinic has plenty of patient parking, has a well-lit, peaceful, and aesthetically pleasing interior, and feels private and secured. I've never felt so genuinely cared for and confident in a doctor before and cannot recommend St Paul Clinic more for primary and woman's health care!“

They said at the hospital I'm doing so well I'll probably get out of transitional care in an extremely short period of time. “I have Sacroiliac Joint dysfunction, I was already in a lot of pain and I hate needles. To know that I need injections made my anxiety worse. When you don't know who is going to take care of you during your procedure is very frightening especially when you're already in a lot pain and you're scared that they won't have any compassion for others who are truly scared of the hospitals, clinics, the instruments etc. Dr Fredricks was truly kind to me, the imaging employee name Kim was the best. Kim was like a mother who held me through the whole process. I was sweating and crying but she held my hands the whole time. It was better than I had anticipated because I had their team. Even the radiologist tech, he was very kind.Dr Fredicks was soft with my steroid injections too. He didn't just yank the needles out. “I grew up in this neighborhood but this was my first time going to this clinic location. I had an awesome experience coming here. The staff was amazing from the check in all the way to the lab. Dr. Venzon was professional, thorough and so knowledgeable! I felt so comfortable with her and the nurse assistant Emily. They made me feel safe and they were very informative on explaining everything. This will definitely be my new clinic from now on. They were able to get my medical records easily and knew my medical history. I love the location and parking was easy.
