“Beautiful new studio (there are 2 rooms) with very welcoming staff. They have a great free intro class for you to understand and get to know the studio. I enjoyed my classes that I have taken for a workout that is easier on the body. I often enjoy a little more intensity to the workout (not being able to walk the next day style) and this is not that. It is perfect a day off for someone like me or a wonderful way to get back into working out for newer people“
“Club Pilates has truly changed my life. I had a very traumatic birth and wasn’t able to use my abs for 11 months because of my C-section. I couldn’t even do a plank for a second when I first started Pilates. Also, after my C-section, I never got my feeling back below my belly button, it was completely numb. Within four weeks of doing Pilates, I had a feeling again.I started doing Pilates at Lifetime but the classes were so repetitive and expensive. I quickly switched to Club Pilates and I’ve been so happy ever since. The teachers have been so kind and knowledgeable (Christine is great and helped me move up to level 2! And Gloria the receptionist is so kind and helpful). And there’s so many different kinds of Pilates classes that I never get tired of going. It’s truly worth every penny and it has healed me inside and out.“
“I participated in the Candlelight class and it was just want my body needed. It was focused on stretching and relaxation. The room was warm, so I still worked up a sweat without feeling like I was working out. It's located in a strip mall, so there is a ton of parking. They even have a locker room with showers should you need it. I had an enjoyable time and would certainly go back.“
“Green Lotus is the most professional and positive yoga experience I've had.Beautiful shop and studios. Many fun options of yoga and other health services. Friendly, knowledgeable well-trained staff. They have great deals to try a month for a low introductory price, so you can get a sample of the classes, locations, and instructor styles.Membership includes other Twin Cities Green Lotus locations. I got the unlimited membership, which gets me access to multiple classes a day, online classes, and discounts to their health facilities. Those include acupuncture, Infrared sauna, massage, and much more.I feel stronger, more positive, and more balanced since I joined just a short time ago.Finding them is a gem in my life-a warm and welcoming place where I always feel better before heading back out into the world.“
“Lovely little studio nestled in the back of this building. It's a wonderful, safe space. Val has a beautiful cadence to her sessions with plenty of alternative pose options. You can come as you are. There are mats and props for your practice if you do not have your own.“
“I have attended the Roots Fusion classes which are a combination yoga, pilates, and dance. The class is a real work out, and different than any other yoga class I have taken. I really noticed a change in my body after taking 10 classes, and that was important to me. The floor has never been "dirty" as described by another (maybe a few pieces of lint, could be better).“
“This is by far my favorite place to work out. The Plymouth and Maple Grove locations are absolutely incredible - it truly is a community of people who care about each other and love Pilates! The instructors are inclusive and provide challenging workouts. All in all 11/10!“
“Really inviting space with great people! A get in, do your hard work and go on with your day structure A work hard play hard vibe and I love it!“
“This gym is connected to a strip mall. They do have a small track if you rather run than do treadmill. The TVs are close to the workout machines. They also have a swimming pool. They have another area that I didn't know about.“
“Love this place! Such a supportive and encouraging studio. And you. Ant beat the views!“
