The pizzas are basically the same quality as always, enjoyable and overall affordable. If you like Little Caesars pizza, you will like the food. This location has some issues at times though, probably really hard to find good employees, but some have been really good at times. Customer service can be really spotty and they rarely seem to have "Hot & Ready" pizzas actually ready and available. Sometimes pick this up in a pinch, particularly to feed the kids quickly and affordable, but the experience can vary significantly each time regarding wait times and availability for the "classic" pizzas which are supposed to be hot and ready. They also seem to keep raising the prices, which I supposed can't be helped with rising food costs. The $5 hot and ready pizza is long gone

Oh my! I gave the restaurant another chance because everyone can have a bad day! I got an absolutely perfect pizza! The man that took my order should be promoted to manager! It was Benjamin G that took my order It was the greatest pizza I've had from Little Caesars! I hope they keep the thin & crispy on the menu for a long time!

Well, I wish I could say something better than what I'm about to type. This store, during the pandemic and currently, has really taken a turn for the worse. I ordered online for a 1:15 pickup, lunch combo. I get there around 1:20 to be told it's not made yet. The agent literally pulled my orders ticket out of the printer when I got here. That's not all, looking at their heaters: they have nothing on display for hot n ready pizzas, cheesy bread or crazy bread. I give 2 stars because despite these facts: the pizza and what they offer is still rather tasty. They need a system that doesn't stop making noise when an order comes in, they need more staff (like all places) and lastly a manager who is attentive.
