“A very professional job of removing old 4 x 8 panels and installing new vinyl siding, fascia and soffits was completed by Buck Christensen of Eagle Siding, Inc. In spring/summer 2023, we obtained 4 bids for the project, not only for the cost difference, but also to determine who we would have a good working relationship with. Buck was very knowledgeable, kept all appointments, answered all our questions, and always got back to us in a timely manner. This was not the case with some of the companies. Surprisingly, the estimates were all close, but the decision was an easy one for us, and we were not disappointed. We are very happy with the completed project. “I reached to Joe R., the owner, and he responded immediately and gave me an estimate that was complete and comprehensive. He gave me some addresses in the area where Blacktop Pros had done some work and I spoke to the homeowners and they were all very pleased. The day came and he brought his crew and equipment and they did a fantastic job. But perhaps the best part of working with them is that as some cracks developed from the winter I called him and he sent a person out to do the repair. After a few years I noticed another crack from the weather and he immediately sent someone out to fix it. I'd recommend this company to anyone wanting a new driveway.Thanks Joe to you and your crew. “Highly recommend Richfield Blacktop and Concrete. They replaced our 25 year old asphalt drive with a concrete, replaced the sidewalk and steps from our front door to the street, and worked with our city to replace four sidewalk slabs that had settled in front of our house (retaining water and creating a slipping hazard in winter). Fantastic work! Project Manager Tom was responsive, the on-site crew and foreman were professional, quality of work is fantastic. We had some concerns on the controls cuts in the city sidewalk, and Tom worked with us to answer our questions and resolve them quickly. Very pleased with the outcome“

The great room/mud room/half bath addition turned out beautifully and the kitchen remodel is gorgeous! I would wholeheartedly recommend Plumbline based on that high quality craftsmanship alone, but what put them over the top for me was all the extras we asked for along the way. Roger is a next-level problem solver that never minimized esthetics even if it impacted timelines. Big things like re-working the stairway railings and changing the swing of the basement door, so I can more easily manage a laundry basket, and small things like extending the backsplash tile to the floor next to the dog dishes, have all come together so perfectly. “In 2003 I met John and Chris when I contracted with Roberts' Residential Remodeling to finish my basement. They did a great job. Twenty years later I contacted Roberts' again to remodel my kitchen. John and Chris were both still there and remembered me. My kitchen is an odd shape. Instead of three walls with 90 degree corners, I have five walls with 135 degree corners. Working with my sketches, Roberts' did a wonderful job wrapping cabinets around this horseshoe shaped room. The cabinets fit beautifully with no wasted space.I'm not good at selecting colors and textures. John was a big help in selecting wood species, colors, countertops, flooring, and lighting. He didn't do it for me, but he did point me in a better direction when I tried to go astray. Roberts' showroom has examples of all the little things one has to choose from door/drawer profiles and hardware, and countertop and flooring samples. The project's contract clearly described their and my responsibilities. Where changes happened, options were made clear and documented.Once construction started, I worked with Chris on an almost daily basis. He was on site to answer my questions and to make sure the right people were there. Roberts' carpenters were meticulous in their detail. Roberts' has subcontractors that they clearly work with regularly. Chris gave me a schedule of work when the job started. Even though there were a couple surprises during demolition and I had a couple of changes along the way, that schedule worked out pretty well.All in all, I am extremely happy with my new kitchen (and my 20 year old basement). I'm still excited every time I walk in.“
