“I had some nerve impingement that was stopping me from sleeping and being able to do my normal activities. Jeremy took me through some mobility exercises I could do along with a reclining angle to try. I've been battling this with various PT recommendations for over a year so I was a bit skeptical of the slight modifications, but gave them a try.
