Hi Welcome to Haley's Hair located in Phenix Salon suites in Eagan Minnesota. I've been in the Hair industry for 5+ years and love it! I wanted to be more independent as a stylist and be my own boss. I work well with women, men, and kids! Some of my services I provide include, haircuts, haircoloring, foiling, face waxing and more! I love seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones!
