“I have been working with Scott for over three years. I met him when losing weight on my own had stalled out. Thanks to him I reached my goal weight and now I work to improve my strength, endurance and overall fitness health. I have now run many 5ks,7ks and even a 10k that I never thought I could do. “I found Energy through an extensive Google search so it only seems fair I now write a review. I felt stuck taking the same classes with the same instructors at a different gym. Once I found Energy I signed up for a week with them - to try as many different classes as I could. I immediately knew I was in the right place. Not only do they offer barre classes with an actual ballet bar - but also a mix of yoga, pilates, restorative classes, circuit, reformer and did I mention Barre? This is a studio that you can come to and feel included. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by staff along with all of the other womxn taking the class. It felt amazing. A total judgement free zone. The reformer classes are very approachable but will still leave you sore and wanting more.I am so thankful I found Energy. If you are even considering checking it out don't wait!“
“I took a cooking class here with a co-worker and I didn't expect it to be as amazing as it was! Our work offers wellness dollars to use for classes so first off, the class was free. Secondly, the menu was delicious. Third, the kitchen was huge and I felt like I was on a cooking TV show. Childhood dreams fulfilled. The thing I wasn't expecting was that since the class was in a group of about 15 people, we weren't able to cook everything individually. We were split into groups and each group got to decide what item they got to cook. Everyone in my group each worked on a different step of the directions. I liked it and it was fun but I was hoping to work through the whole recipe on my own - however, I know that's not possible with such a large group. The chef Jeremy was charismatic and very knowledgeable. He taught us techniques on how to cut certain vegetables/fruits and tips on cooking as well. I loved his hands-on approach ! He was super nice as well. Of course, the menu couldn't be beat. Although we weren't able to take the food home (bummer) we served the food family-style and everyone got to serve themselves and get seconds. Had a great time overall!“

Tahera is so great to work with and is always very encouraging and supportive. She makes you feel like you can do anything and makes me want to even try harder when I don't think I can do anymore. The Team Workouts are always challenging and yet still fun because of Tahera and the others that participate in the Team Workouts. I'm so glad that I joined this gym.
