“We had a great experience with heritage!! We noticed my Guinea pig was having issues with his back foot so we called and they had an opening just a day later. We were seen promptly! Staff was super nice, accommodating, and listened to make sure they fully understood what was going on. They checked up on us when mixing the medication took a little while and apologized for the wait. They were super considerate! They gave great administration instructions for Teddy's medication as well. Overall very happy with this vet trip! You can tell they like their job and love animals :) great quality service for guinea pigs!!“

I know she's in great hands no matter if she's there for a wellness visit or when she's feeling sick.Our rabbits don't enjoy going anywhere ? but I know they're in good hands at Douglas Animal Hospital. He sacrificed his Friday night, after hours, to complete an urgent surgery to remove a foreign body from her stomach when he could’ve just sent us to an emergency animal hospital.
