Went with David and Harmony Plumbing based solely on the Google reviews as we are new to the area and have no previous experience with plumbers locally. We had a leaking faucet in our main shower, and David was helpful in offering two possible solutions. While he did say that one would carry a higher cost, he told me that option also had the highest success. Our home is mid century and has not seen much in the way of mechanical updates. As he is the professional, I took David’s advice and we went with the modernization option. He was prompt and courteous, walking my wife through the repair, as well as providing a quote for “not critical” work to consider that was spotted while working in the basement. Unplanned, but a future headache saver, he also noted that our water heater had sediment buildup. He took care of that too for a very reasonable fee, saving me the hassle of trying to do it myself. The final product in the bathroom looks far better than I imagined, and we no longer need to worry about updating it in the future. Win win. Looks like I have found my plumber if and when the need arises down the line.
David replaced our old kitchen faucet and the plumbing on our basement laundry tub faucet. He did an excellent job. We would recommend him to anyone.We had David return to install a new sump pump. Mr. Webster is a life saver. From the initial phone call describing the issue, David was patient, was present with listening, and provided a detailed estimate over the phone. David arrived approximately 20 minutes earlier than his initial estimated arrival time and walked me through all the various options and potential outcomes (the furnace drain was backed up, cover very rusted and corroded, etc, so not a simple cut and dry call).David was even better in person than on the phone, maintaining a high level of professionalism, patience, understanding, and what I felt was genuine honesty.Not to mention the affordability!!
